Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 425ยฐF (220ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. In a bowl, stir self-rising flour and heavy cream until a soft dough forms.
- 3. Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and gently pat to about 1-inch thickness.
- 4. Cut biscuits using a round cutter or glass.
- 5. Place biscuits on the prepared baking sheet.
- 6. Brush tops with melted butter.
- 7. Bake for 12โ15 minutes, until golden brown.
- 8. Serve warm.
