Description

The easiest classic 7 layer bars made in one bowl with just 10 minutes of prep gooey, chocolatey, and packed with coconut and nuts.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • 2. In a bowl, mix melted butter and graham cracker crumbs until evenly combined.
  • 3. Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  • 4. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
  • 5. Sprinkle chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, coconut, and chopped nuts evenly over the top.
  • 6. Gently press the layers down with a spatula.
  • 7. Bake for 25โ€“30 minutes, until lightly golden and set.
  • 8. Cool completely before slicing into bars.

Notes

  • For clean slices, chill bars before cutting.
