Description
The easiest classic 7 layer bars made in one bowl with just 10 minutes of prep gooey, chocolatey, and packed with coconut and nuts.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- 2. In a bowl, mix melted butter and graham cracker crumbs until evenly combined.
- 3. Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- 4. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
- 5. Sprinkle chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, coconut, and chopped nuts evenly over the top.
- 6. Gently press the layers down with a spatula.
- 7. Bake for 25โ30 minutes, until lightly golden and set.
- 8. Cool completely before slicing into bars.
Notes
- For clean slices, chill bars before cutting.
- Swap nuts or chips to customize flavors.
- Store bars in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
