- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey

- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease a medium baking dish.
- 2. In a large bowl, whisk together cottage cheese, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg until well combined.
- 3. Fold in chopped apples, and if desired, raisins and nuts.
- 4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- 5. Bake for 35โ40 minutes, until set and lightly golden on top.
- 6. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving warm.
