Description

A rich and creamy, Avocado Chocolate Mousse (No Sugar) naturally sweetened, dairy-free, and perfect for a healthy dessert or snack., 


Ingredients

Scale

2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

23 tbsp erythritol, monk fruit sweetener, or stevia (adjust to taste)

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Optional: 1–2 tbsp peanut butter or melted dark chocolate for added richness


Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or high-speed blender.

2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.

3. Taste and adjust sweetness or cocoa to your preference.

4. Spoon into serving cups and chill for at least 30 minutes.

5. Top with berries, chopped nuts, or whipped coconut cream if desired.

6. Serve cold.

Notes

Use very ripe avocados for the smoothest texture.

Chilling helps firm the mousse and enhance flavor.
