Ingredients

- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 2–3 tbsp erythritol, monk fruit sweetener, or stevia (adjust to taste)

- Pinch of salt
- Optional: 1–2 tbsp peanut butter or melted dark chocolate for added richness
Instructions
- 1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or high-speed blender.
- 2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.
- 3. Taste and adjust sweetness or cocoa to your preference.
