Description

Instructions

  • 2. In a bowl, mix shredded coconut and sugar until combined.
  • 3. Add eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract, stirring until fully incorporated.
  • 4. Mix in flour just until combined.
  • 5. Spoon the mixture evenly into the prepared muffin tin.
  • 6. Bake for 20โ€“25 minutes, until tops are golden and set.
  • 7. Cool slightly before removing from the pan and serving.
