Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • 1. In a large bowl, mix peanut butter and softened butter until smooth.
  • 2. Gradually stir in powdered sugar until a thick dough forms.
  • 3. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • 4. Freeze for 20โ€“30 minutes until firm.
  • 5. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • 6. Dip each peanut butter ball into melted chocolate, leaving a small circle of peanut butter visible on top.
  • 7. Place back on parchment paper and refrigerate until chocolate is set.

Notes

  • For easier dipping, insert a toothpick into each ball before dipping.
