  • 1 roll (16 oz) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 1/4 cup holiday sprinkles

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Extra holiday sprinkles

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 325ยฐF (165ยฐC). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  • 2. Press sugar cookie dough evenly into the bottom of the pan to form the crust. Sprinkle with holiday sprinkles and lightly press them into the dough.
  • 3. Bake crust for 12โ€“15 minutes, until lightly golden. Remove and let cool slightly.
  • 4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  • 5. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Mix in vanilla extract and sour cream until fully combined.
  • 6. Pour cheesecake filling over cooled crust and smooth the top.
  • 7. Bake for 40โ€“45 minutes, until center is set but slightly jiggly.
  • 8. Cool at room temperature for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • 9. Before serving, spread whipped cream on top and decorate with holiday sprinkles.
