- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 325ยฐF (165ยฐC). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- 2. Press sugar cookie dough evenly into the bottom of the pan to form the crust. Sprinkle with holiday sprinkles and lightly press them into the dough.
- 3. Bake crust for 12โ15 minutes, until lightly golden. Remove and let cool slightly.
- 4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
- 5. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Mix in vanilla extract and sour cream until fully combined.
- 6. Pour cheesecake filling over cooled crust and smooth the top.
- 7. Bake for 40โ45 minutes, until center is set but slightly jiggly.
- 8. Cool at room temperature for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- 9. Before serving, spread whipped cream on top and decorate with holiday sprinkles.
