- 2 tablespoons melted butter

- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan.
- 2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- 3. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- 4. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- 5. Mix in sour cream and milk until smooth.
- 6. Gradually add dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- 7. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, flour, and melted butter to form the swirl mixture.
- 8. Pour half the batter into the prepared bundt pan. Sprinkle cinnamon swirl mixture evenly over batter. Top with remaining batter and smooth the top.
- 9. Bake for 55โ65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- 10. Cool in pan for 15 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
- 11. For glaze, whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle over cooled cake before serving.
Notes
- Make sure to grease and flour the bundt pan thoroughly to prevent sticking.
- This cake keeps well for 3โ4 days wrapped at room temperature.
- You can add chopped pecans or walnuts to the cinnamon swirl for extra crunch.
