Description
A light, fluffy, and low-carb bread alternative made with just three simple ingredients. Perfect for sandwiches, burgers, or a soft, pillowy snack.
Ingredients
3 large eggs
3 tablespoons cream cheese or Greek yogurt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder or cream of tartar
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Separate the egg yolks from the whites into two clean bowls.
3. In the bowl with egg yolks, mix in the cream cheese or Greek yogurt until smooth.
4. In the bowl with egg whites, add baking powder or cream of tartar and beat with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
5. Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites, being careful not to deflate the mixture.
6. Scoop the batter into 6 even mounds on the baking sheet and gently flatten them.
7. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden and set.
8. Let cool for 5–10 minutes before serving or storing.
