- 1 cup shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows (or chopped large marshmallows)
- 1 ½ cups basic sugar cookie dough (homemade or store-bought)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine shredded coconut and mini marshmallows with the cookie dough. Mix until evenly distributed.
- Use a cookie scoop or spoon to drop small mounds of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are lightly golden and marshmallows are gooey.
- Let cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling.
- Enjoy these chewy, sweet coconut marshmallow cookies!
Notes
