Ingredients

2½ cups all-purpose flour

1 cup butter

¾ cup sugar

1 egg (or ¼ cup applesauce for eggless)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp baking powder

Pinch of salt
Instructions

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Mix in egg (or applesauce) and vanilla.

Combine dry ingredients separately and gradually add to wet.

Roll out, cut into dinosaur shapes, and bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes.
