Ingredients

- 2½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup butter
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 egg (or ¼ cup applesauce for eggless)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in egg (or applesauce) and vanilla.
- Combine dry ingredients separately and gradually add to wet.
- Roll out, cut into dinosaur shapes, and bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes.
- Decorate as desired.
