Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth and creamy.
- 2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until fully incorporated.
- 3. Fold in the whipped topping until the filling is light and fluffy.
- 4. Spoon the peanut butter mixture into the graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
- 5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- 6. Top with chopped peanuts or chocolate shavings before serving, if desired.

- This pie can be made a day ahead and kept chilled until ready to serve.
