Description

A rich, creamy, and nostalgic no-bake peanut butter pie inspired by Dolly Parton’s love for Southern comfort desserts. Easy to prepare and even easier to enjoy!

Ingredients

Scale

1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust

1 cup creamy peanut butter

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), thawed

Chopped peanuts or chocolate shavings for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth and creamy.

2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until fully incorporated.

3. Fold in the whipped topping until the filling is light and fluffy.

4. Spoon the peanut butter mixture into the graham cracker crust and spread evenly.

5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

6. Top with chopped peanuts or chocolate shavings before serving, if desired.

Notes

This pie can be made a day ahead and kept chilled until ready to serve.

Use an electric mixer for a smoother, fluffier filling.

For a chocolate twist, use a chocolate cookie crust instead of graham cracker.
