Inspired by Crumblโs luxurious Dubai Chocolate Brownie cookie, this rich treat combines a fudgy brownie cookie base with silky ganache frosting and a touch of gold for a show-stopping finish.

- 1 1/4 cups brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp butter

Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- 3. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
- 4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- 5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until a thick dough forms.
- 6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- 7. Scoop large portions of dough (about 1/4 cup each) and place on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- 8. Gently flatten each dough ball slightly.
- 9. Bake for 10โ12 minutes, until edges are set but centers are soft.
- 10. Cool cookies completely on the baking sheet.
- 11. Meanwhile, make the ganache: heat heavy cream until just simmering, then pour over chocolate chips and butter. Let sit for 2 minutes, then whisk until smooth and glossy.
- 12. Spread or pipe ganache over cooled cookies.
- 13. Dust with cocoa powder or decorate with gold leaf for an elegant finish.

- These cookies are best served slightly chilled for a truffle-like texture.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
