Ingredients

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee or espresso powder
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder, for rolling

Instructions

  • 1. Place chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl.
  • 2. Heat heavy cream in a small saucepan until just beginning to simmer.
  • 3. Stir instant coffee into the hot cream until dissolved.
