Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 325ยฐF (165ยฐC) and grease a loaf pan.
- 2. In a bowl, cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- 3. Beat in eggs one at a time until well combined.
- 4. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
- 5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
- 6. Stir in dried fruit, chopped nuts, and orange juice until evenly combined.
- 7. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- 8. Bake for 60โ70 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- 9. Cool completely before slicing.
