These easy frozen Greek yogurt bites are gluten-free, high in protein, and perfect for a refreshing snack or healthy treat—customizable with your favorite toppings or mix-ins.
Ingredients
1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on sweetness preference)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup fresh berries (blueberries, chopped strawberries, or raspberries)
2 tbsp mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts (optional)
Silicone mini muffin pan or paper liners
Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and sweetener if using.
2. Spoon yogurt mixture into silicone mini muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
3. Top each bite with a few berries and optional chocolate chips or nuts.
4. Place the tray in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until fully frozen.
5. Once frozen, pop out bites and transfer to a freezer-safe container or zip-top bag.
6. Enjoy straight from the freezer as a protein-rich, refreshing snack.
Notes
Use full-fat Greek yogurt for a creamier texture.
You can swirl in nut butter or fruit puree for variety.
Store frozen bites for up to 2 weeks in an airtight container.
