- 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional toppings:
- Mini chocolate chips
- Crushed peanuts
- Sea salt flakes
Instructions
- 1. Line a mini muffin tin or baking sheet with paper liners or parchment.
- 2. In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt until smooth and creamy.
- 3. Spoon the mixture evenly into the prepared liners.
- 4. Top with mini chocolate chips, crushed peanuts, or a sprinkle of sea salt if desired.
- 5. Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until solid.
- 6. Once frozen, transfer bites to an airtight container or freezer-safe bag.
- 7. Store in the freezer and enjoy straight from frozen or let sit at room temperature for 2โ3 minutes to soften slightly.
Notes
- Use natural peanut butter for a cleaner ingredient list. Just stir well before adding.
- You can substitute almond or cashew butter for a different flavor.
