  • Author: Lidia Bellacci
  • Total Time: 10 minutes (plus freezing)
  • Yield: 8 servings 1x

Description

A healthy and refreshing frozen yogurt bark made with Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, and crunchy toppings — perfect for a light snack or dessert.

Ingredients

Scale

2 cups plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)

2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

1/2 cup blueberries

1/4 cup granola

1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract until well combined.

3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, about 1/4-inch thick.

4. Top with sliced strawberries, blueberries, granola, and chia seeds.

5. Gently press the toppings into the yogurt to help them stick.

6. Freeze for 3–4 hours, or until completely firm.

7. Once frozen, break or cut into bark-sized pieces.

8. Store in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to enjoy.

Notes

Use dairy-free yogurt for a vegan or dairy-free version.

Customize toppings with your favorite fruits, nuts, seeds, or dark chocolate chips.

Great make-ahead snack for kids or post-workout fuel.

Keep frozen — it melts quickly at room temperature.
