- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- 2. In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- 3. Beat in egg and vanilla extract until smooth.
- 4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- 5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- 6. Fold in Fruity Pebbles cereal.
- 7. Scoop dough into tablespoon-sized balls and place on baking sheets about 2 inches apart.
- 8. Bake for 9–11 minutes, until edges are lightly golden but centers remain soft.
- 9. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- For extra crunch, sprinkle a few Fruity Pebbles on top of each cookie before baking.
- These cookies are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
- Chilling the dough for 30 minutes before baking helps cookies keep their shape.
