Description
Colorful, chewy, and full of fruity flavor these Fruity Pebbles Rice Krispie Treats are a fun twist on the classic marshmallow cereal bar.

- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 (10 oz) bag mini marshmallows (about 6 cups)
- 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 3 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- 1. Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- 2. In a large pot over low heat, melt the butter completely.
- 3. Add the marshmallows and stir constantly until fully melted and smooth.
- 4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
- 5. Quickly add both the Rice Krispies and Fruity Pebbles cereals, stirring gently until evenly coated with the melted marshmallow mixture.
- 6. Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan.
- 7. Press gently into an even layer using a spatula or wax paper (do not press too hard, or the treats will be dense).
- 8. Let cool for 30โ45 minutes before cutting into squares or bars.
Notes
- For extra gooey treats, reserve 1 cup of mini marshmallows to stir in just before pressing the mixture into the pan.
- Add a drizzle of melted white chocolate or a sprinkle of more Fruity Pebbles on top for a colorful finish.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
- Avoid refrigerating, as it can make the treats hard.
