A soft, chewy, gluten-free garlic pizza-style bread thatโs perfect as an appetizer, side dish, or dipper for sauces.

- 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour (with xanthan gum)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- Garlic Topping:
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan (optional)
- Fresh parsley for topping
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 425ยฐF (220ยฐC). Line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper.
- 2. Whisk gluten-free flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- 3. Add Greek yogurt and olive oil; mix until a soft dough forms.
- 4. Transfer dough to the prepared pan and press into a round or rectangular pizza shape about 1/2 inch thick.
- 5. Stir together melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
- 6. Brush half of the garlic butter mixture over the top of the dough.
- 7. Bake for 12โ15 minutes or until edges are golden and the center is set.
- 8. Brush with remaining garlic butter and sprinkle Parmesan and parsley on top.
- 9. Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- If your flour doesnโt contain xanthan gum, add 1 teaspoon for better texture.
- For a crispier crust, bake directly on a pizza stone.
- Top with mozzarella before baking for a cheesy garlic bread variation.
