A refreshing, tangy mango tart frozen yogurt inspired by Golden Spoon made with real mango and dairy-free yogurt.

- 2 cups frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup unsweetened dairy-free yogurt (such as coconut or almond-based)
- 2–3 tbsp maple syrup or agave (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Add frozen mango, dairy-free yogurt, maple syrup, lemon juice, and vanilla extract to a blender or food processor.
- 2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- 3. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- 4. For soft-serve consistency, serve immediately.
- 5. For firmer frozen yogurt, transfer to a container and freeze for 1–2 hours before scooping.
- 6. Store any leftovers in the freezer and let sit at room temperature 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe, sweet mango for best flavor.
- Lemon juice enhances the tartness to match the frozen yogurt profile.
- Coconut yogurt gives it a creamy texture, but you can use almond or oat yogurt too.
- To make it creamier, add 1–2 tbsp canned coconut milk.
