Ingredients

- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp dried Italian herbs (or a mix of oregano, rosemary, and thyme)
- 5 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- 2. In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, herbs, and garlic powder.
- 3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, melted butter, and almond milk until smooth.
- 4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until fully combined.
- 5. Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- 6. Bake for 35โ45 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- 7. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a rack to cool completely before slicing.
Notes
- For a stronger herb flavor, add fresh chopped herbs.
- Store the bread in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze slices for later use.
- Toast lightly before serving to enhance flavor and texture.
