Instructions

  • 1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until evenly coated.
  • 2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan or pie dish. Chill while preparing the filling.
  • 3. In a small bowl, dissolve Jell-O powder in boiling water. Stir in cold water and let it cool slightly until just warm.
  • 4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  • 5. Gradually add the cooled Jell-O mixture to the cream cheese mixture, beating until well combined.
  • 6. Fold in whipped topping gently until smooth and airy.
