Instructions

  • 2. In a medium bowl, whisk together powdered erythritol, cocoa powder, and salt.
  • 3. Add egg whites and vanilla extract, stirring until a thick, glossy batter forms.
  • 4. Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips if using.
  • 5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing evenly.
  • 6. Bake for 10โ€“12 minutes or until the tops are shiny and crackly.
