These mini cookies chips are the perfect bite-sized treat – crunchy, sweet, and easy to enjoy!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

  • ½ cup butter, softened

  • ½ cup sugar (or sweetener of choice)

  • 1 large egg

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

  • Add egg and vanilla, mix until smooth.

  • Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt until a soft dough forms.

  • Fold in mini chocolate chips.

  • Drop small spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  • Bake for 8–10 minutes until edges are golden.

 

  • Cool on a wire rack and enjoy your crunchy mini cookies chips!

Notes

Add a pinch of cinnamon or swap in white chocolate chips for a fun twist!
