Instructions
- 1. Pre-bake the tart shells according to package directions or your preferred homemade recipe. Let cool completely.
- 2. Spoon or pipe pastry cream or pudding evenly into each tart shell.
- 3. Arrange sliced strawberries on top of the cream in a decorative pattern.
- 4. In a small bowl, mix apricot jam or honey with water and microwave for 10–15 seconds to thin it.
- 5. Brush the strawberry tops with the glaze for shine.
- 6. Garnish with mint leaves or a dusting of powdered sugar, if desired.
- 7. Chill tarts in the fridge for 20–30 minutes before serving.
