Ingredients

3 Large eggs

2 tablespoons White miso paste
ยฝ cup Store-bought caramel sauce

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides
- In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract. Mix well
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix
- Pour half of the brownie batter into your prepared pan. Spread evenly
- In a small bowl, whisk together the miso paste and caramel sauce until smooth
- Spoon dollops of the miso caramel mixture over the brownie batter in the pa
- Add the remaining brownie batter on top. Gently swirl the miso caramel through the top layer with a knife
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs attached. Avoid overbaking
