Description

A fun, no-bake snack mix with all the flavors of classic s’mores—perfect for parties, movie nights, or gifting.


Ingredients

3 cups Golden Grahams cereal

2 cups mini marshmallows

1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips

1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, for melting chocolate)

1/2 cup mini pretzels (optional)

1/2 cup crushed graham crackers (optional for extra crunch)


Instructions

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, mix together Golden Grahams, mini marshmallows, and pretzels (if using).

3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

4. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the cereal mixture and gently toss to coat.

5. Spread the mixture out on the prepared baking sheet.

6. Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers if using.

7. Let the mix cool completely until the chocolate is set.

8. Break into clusters and store in an airtight container.

Notes

You can substitute dark chocolate or white chocolate for variety.

Add peanuts or M&Ms for extra fun.
