Description

A fun, no-bake snack mix with all the flavors of classic s’mores perfect for parties, movie nights, or gifting.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups Golden Grahams cereal
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, for melting chocolate)
  • 1/2 cup mini pretzels (optional)
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers (optional for extra crunch)

Instructions

  • 1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • 2. In a large bowl, mix together Golden Grahams, mini marshmallows, and pretzels (if using).
  • 3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • 4. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the cereal mixture and gently toss to coat.
  • 5. Spread the mixture out on the prepared baking sheet.
  • 6. Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers if using.
  • 7. Let the mix cool completely until the chocolate is set.
  • 8. Break into clusters and store in an airtight container.
