Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, stir together melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- 3. Add egg and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
- 4. Stir in flour and salt until just combined.
- 5. Gently fold in strawberries and white chocolate chips if using.
- 6. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
- 7. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the center is just set.
- 8. Cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares.
- 9. Store in an airtight container at room temperature or refrigerated.
