- 12 oz dark or milk chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries
- 1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
- 1/4 cup almonds, chopped
- 1 tbsp edible rose petals (optional, for garnish)
- 1 tsp sea salt flakes
Instructions
- 1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. Melt chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water (double boiler method) or in the microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring until smooth.
- 3. Pour melted chocolate onto prepared baking sheet and spread into a thin, even layer.
- 4. Sprinkle evenly with freeze-dried strawberries, pistachios, almonds, rose petals (if using), and sea salt.
- 5. Lightly press toppings into chocolate so they stick.
- 6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until chocolate is firm.
- 7. Break into pieces and serve or package as gifts.
Notes
- For a sweeter bark, use milk or white chocolate instead of dark.
- You can substitute pistachios and almonds with other nuts like cashews or hazelnuts.
