Description

A luxurious Strawberry Dubai Chocolate Bark featuring rich chocolate layered with dried strawberries, nuts, and a touch of Middle Eastern flair.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz dark or milk chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
  • 1/4 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1 tbsp edible rose petals (optional, for garnish)
  • 1 tsp sea salt flakes

Instructions

  • 1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • 2. Melt chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water (double boiler method) or in the microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring until smooth.
  • 3. Pour melted chocolate onto prepared baking sheet and spread into a thin, even layer.
  • 4. Sprinkle evenly with freeze-dried strawberries, pistachios, almonds, rose petals (if using), and sea salt.
  • 5. Lightly press toppings into chocolate so they stick.
  • 6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until chocolate is firm.
  • 7. Break into pieces and serve or package as gifts.

Notes

  • For a sweeter bark, use milk or white chocolate instead of dark.
  • You can substitute pistachios and almonds with other nuts like cashews or hazelnuts.
