Ingredients

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Optional: chopped nuts, sea salt flakes, or shredded coconut for topping

Instructions

  • 1. Line a small loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • 2. In a microwave-safe bowl or small saucepan, melt the coconut oil (or butter).
  • 3. Whisk in cocoa powder, sweetener, heavy cream, vanilla, and salt until smooth and glossy.
