Easy vegan Rice Krispie treats made with dairy-free butter and vegan marshmallows soft, gooey, and perfect for a quick no-bake dessert.

- 3 tablespoons vegan butter
- 1 package (10 oz) vegan marshmallows
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 cups crispy rice cereal
Instructions
- 1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- 2. In a large saucepan, melt vegan butter over low heat.
- 3. Add vegan marshmallows and stir continuously until completely melted and smooth.
- 4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- 5. Add crispy rice cereal and gently fold until evenly coated.
- 6. Press mixture firmly into the prepared pan using a spatula or parchment.
- 7. Allow to set at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- 8. Slice into squares and serve.
Notes
- Do not overheat marshmallows to avoid a tough texture.
- Lightly grease hands or spatula to make pressing easier.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
