- 200 g white chocolate
- 90 g Rice Krispies cereal
- 30 g unsalted butter
Instructions
- 1. Line a muffin tin with paper cases.
- 2. Place the white chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over gently simmering water.
- 3. Stir until completely melted and smooth, then remove from the heat.
- 4. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then add the Rice Krispies.
- 5. Gently fold until the cereal is fully coated.
- 6. Spoon the mixture into the paper cases and press down lightly.
- 7. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until fully set.
- 8. Remove from the cases and enjoy.
Notes
- White chocolate melts quickly, so use low heat to prevent burning.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
- You can shape these in a tray and cut into squares instead of using cases.
