Instructions

  • 1. Line a muffin tin with paper cases.
  • 2. Place the white chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over gently simmering water.
  • 3. Stir until completely melted and smooth, then remove from the heat.
  • 4. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then add the Rice Krispies.
  • 5. Gently fold until the cereal is fully coated.
  • 6. Spoon the mixture into the paper cases and press down lightly.
  • 7. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until fully set.
  • 8. Remove from the cases and enjoy.
