Description

A soft, protein-rich, zero-carb yogurt bread made with just a few simple ingredients, perfect for low-carb sandwiches, toast, or snacking.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat recommended)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup egg white protein powder (or unflavored whey isolate)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Optional: garlic powder, onion powder, herbs for flavor

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • 2. In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt and eggs until completely smooth.
  • 3. Add egg white protein powder, baking powder, salt, and any seasonings. Mix until a thick batter forms.
  • 4. Transfer batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  • 5. Bake for 35โ€“40 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • 6. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • 7. Slice and enjoy as-is, toasted, or used for sandwiches.
