- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat recommended)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup egg white protein powder (or unflavored whey isolate)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Optional: garlic powder, onion powder, herbs for flavor
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- 2. In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt and eggs until completely smooth.
- 3. Add egg white protein powder, baking powder, salt, and any seasonings. Mix until a thick batter forms.
- 4. Transfer batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- 5. Bake for 35โ40 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- 6. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- 7. Slice and enjoy as-is, toasted, or used for sandwiches.
