Ingredients
1 (5.2 oz) package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
4 oz cream cheese
1/3 cup shelled pistachios
1/4 cup hot honey
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 pinch flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Let Boursin cheese and cream cheese sit at room temperature for 30 minutes to softe
- Roughly chop pistachios, reserving a small handful for garnish
- In a medium bowl, blend softened cheeses together until smooth and creamy
- Gently fold in most of the chopped pistachios and the fresh lemon juice
- Transfer mixture to serving bowl and create swirls on the surface with a spoo
- Generously drizzle hot honey over the top
- Garnish with reserved pistachios, black pepper, and flaky sea salt
Notes
Bring cheeses to room temperature for smooth, lump-free texture.
Chop nuts by hand for best texture (not too fine).
Adjust hot honey amount to control spice level.
Can prepare base a day ahead; add honey and garnish before serving.
