1 (5.2 oz) package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
4 oz cream cheese
1/3 cup shelled pistachios
1/4 cup hot honey
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 pinch flaky sea salt


Instructions

  1. Let Boursin cheese and cream cheese sit at room temperature for 30 minutes to softe
  2. Roughly chop pistachios, reserving a small handful for garnish
  3. In a medium bowl, blend softened cheeses together until smooth and creamy
  4. Gently fold in most of the chopped pistachios and the fresh lemon juice
  5. Transfer mixture to serving bowl and create swirls on the surface with a spoo
  6. Generously drizzle hot honey over the top
  7. Garnish with reserved pistachios, black pepper, and flaky sea salt

Notes

Bring cheeses to room temperature for smooth, lump-free texture.

Chop nuts by hand for best texture (not too fine).

Adjust hot honey amount to control spice level.
