Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a round cake pan.
- 2. In a bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.
- 3. In another bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, oil, milk, and vanilla.
- 4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- 5. Divide a small portion of the batter into several bowls and tint each with a different food coloring.
- 6. Pour the plain batter into the prepared pan.
- 7. Drop small spoonfuls of the colored batters across the surface to create a dotted pattern.
- 8. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- 9. Allow the cake to cool completely.
- 10. Mix the powdered sugar with the milk to make a simple glaze.
- 11. Drizzle over the cake and serve.
