3 large eggs
0.5 cup honey
0.33 cup olive oil
Juice of 1 orange
Zest of 1 orange
2.5 cups almond flour
0.5 tsp baking soda
1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch round pa
- In a large bowl, whisk eggs. Add honey, olive oil, orange juice, and zest. Whisk until smooth
- Add almond flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir gently until just combined. Do not overmix
- Pour batter into the pan. Smooth the top
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clea
- Cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack. Serve warm
