A no-bake Cold Brew Tiramisu with rich, creamy layers and a smooth coffee flavor from cold brew instead of hot espresso. Perfect for parties or a quiet treat, this easy dessert can be made ahead and adapted with substitutions.
Ingredients
2 cups Strong cold brew coffee
16 oz Mascarpone cheese
1 cup Heavy cream
1/2 cup Powdered sugar
2 packages Ladyfinger cookies
2 tablespoons Cocoa powder (for dusting)
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions
- Whisk together mascarpone, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth
- Pour cold brew into a shallow dish. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cold brew for about 2 seconds; do not soak
- Layer the dipped ladyfingers in a 9×13 dish. Cover with half of the cream mixture. Repeat with another layer of ladyfingers and the remaining cream
- Dust generously with cocoa powder
- Chill for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight
Notes
Use fresh cold brew for the best flavor.
Do not over-soak ladyfingers to avoid mushiness.
Let rest overnight for the deepest flavor.
Store covered in the fridge for up to 3 days. Freeze for up to 1 month; thaw overnight in refrigerator. Serve cold; do not reheat.
